Simplify image management, deployment, and PC break-fix without compromising user experience
SmartDeploy is single image endpoint management software. SmartDeploy uses a modern architecture and logical layering to centralize image management and reliably decouple software from the hardware it runs on without a hypervisor.
Whether single image management, provisioning, or PC break-fix, SmartDeploy significantly reduces the endpoint management burden on IT while still providing the best possible user experience and the high levels of productivity that people expect and the business demands.
Manage Images like VDI
Centralized, single image management provides endpoint management savings while simplifying image deployment and providing centralized break-fix repair capabilities for endpoints, even those that are remote. SmartDeploy users gain the IT manageability benefits of virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) without the high cost and compromised end user experience often associated with VDI.
SmartDeploy has made creating and managing images a breeze. My senior engineer has never been happier.

Remote Imaging
New PCs can be sent directly to users without making a stop in the hands of IT on the way. IT can drop ship PCs with the stock OEM image and IT can remotely image the PC, regardless of the make and model. With SmartDeploy, one hardware independent “golden image” can be deployed to any hardware model. IT no longer needs to physically possess new hardware to create or deploy an image. This same imaging can be completed in a bring-your-own-device (BYOD) scenario, so that the corporate image is installed and the bloatware is removed.
Stop Troubleshooting
Troubleshooting PCs often results in a significant amount of user downtime and escalation through multiple levels of help desk support. IT can waste hours, even days, troubleshooting a PC issue. SmartDeploy break-fix capabilities eliminate the need to troubleshoot by sending only the right image information to the PC, whether onsite or remote, and logically replacing the broken image with an operational one.
